What data I collect, why, how long I keep it, and how to exercise your rights under Moroccan law no. 09-08.

The data I collect
- Contact form, when the form is online: your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, the name, type and number of rooms of your property, the package you are interested in, how you prefer to be contacted, your consent and, if you give them, your current website, your booking channel and your message. The form also sends the language of the site and the page you came from.
- WhatsApp messages: your number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of the messages and files you send me.
- Audience measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without any personal identifier (page views, country, device type, in aggregate).
- Security: Cloudflare hosting uses technical data (IP address, browser) to protect the site.
- Form anti-robot check: on the Contact page, the hCaptcha check (Intuition Machines, Inc., United States), provided through Web3Forms, processes your IP address, information about your browser and device, and your mouse, key or touch movements during the check, to tell a person from a robot.
The commission calculator runs in your browser: your numbers are not sent to me.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the hCaptcha check sets technical security cookies on the Contact page, which hCaptcha describes as strictly necessary.
Why
- To answer your request.
- To prepare and follow up a quote, then your project if you become a client.
- To issue invoices and meet my accounting obligations.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
This data is processed because you contact me yourself, to carry out a quote or a contract, or to meet a legal obligation.
I do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. I do not send you marketing without your consent.
Who has access
Your messages are read only by me, Ismail Bentounsi.
Technical providers process them on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security, audience measurement), Web3Forms, which forwards the form’s requests to my email address from servers outside Morocco (in the United States), hCaptcha for the anti-robot check (United States), and WhatsApp (Meta) for WhatsApp messages, under its own terms. According to Web3Forms, requests are not stored on its servers. Some of these providers process data outside Morocco.
How long
- Request with no follow-up (form or WhatsApp): at most 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Clients: for the duration of the project and of the yearly plan.
- Quotes and invoices: for the period required by law for accounting records.
- Audience measurement: aggregated statistics, with nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
Under law no. 09-08 you can, at any time and free of charge, access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing, including any marketing.
Asking for your data to be deleted
- Write “Delete my data” by email ([email protected]) or on WhatsApp (message on WhatsApp).
- Give the email address or number you used to contact me.
- I delete your data from my mailbox and from WhatsApp, and confirm it within 30 days.
- Only quotes and invoices already issued are kept, because the law requires it.
Complaints
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the CNDP, Morocco’s data protection authority (cndp.ma).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to messages is limited to me alone.

This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
