1. The business
Ismail BENTOUNSI is operated as a Moroccan auto-entrepreneur.
2. Services
Web development, hosting, and AI automation, as described on the services and pricing pages. Scope for any specific project is agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work starts.
3. Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer to the account details provided upon project confirmation. A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or per milestones agreed in writing. Exact deposit percentage and schedule are confirmed per project before work starts.
4. Revisions and scope changes
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work beyond the original scope is quoted separately before starting.
5. Liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Ismail BENTOUNSI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing deliverables before relying on them in production.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if unresolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
